Five-year warranty
Every Robert Taylor cabinet carries a full five-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering the Mabuchi Silent System™ motor, electronics, and material defects.
Service beyond warranty
When the warranty ends, support does not. We keep spare motors, modules, and trim parts available for cabinets going back decades. Servicing is offered at reasonable cost in all three houses.
Customer Success
Each cabinet ships with a Customer Success point of contact. The same name, the same line — for setup, settings, repair, or simply to talk through TPD choices.
Local servicing
Service work is carried out in London, Istanbul, or Wilmington — whichever is closest. Cabinets are not shipped overseas for warranty repairs.

What does the warranty cover?
All cabinets ship with a five-year warranty on the Mabuchi Silent System™ motor, the electronics, and material defects. Wear-and-tear consumables (leather wrist cushions, suede liners) and cosmetic damage from misuse are excluded.
What happens after five years?
Service continues. We keep spare motors, modules, and trim parts on hand for cabinets going back decades. Servicing is offered at fair cost in any of the three houses.
Do I need to ship the cabinet overseas?
No. Servicing happens in the house closest to you — London, Istanbul, or Wilmington. We coordinate pickup and return locally.
Can I move a cabinet between houses?
Yes. Ownership records and service history travel with the under-plate reference. Tell your Customer Success contact and they will pre-register the cabinet at the new house.
How fast is a typical repair?
Most software/TPD questions are resolved on a single call. Mechanical service is typically two to four weeks depending on parts availability.
Can I purchase additional warranty?
Extended cover is available on the Belgravia, Ascot and Private series. Speak with the Customer Success desk.
The warranty ends. The service does not. A cabinet from 1972 still has a name to call in London.
